Online reservation system, webbooking system, web reservation system, web tour bookings Getting Started with the new Reservation software

Getting started with a new reservation system doesn't have to be a painful experience. It can be completed with just a couple of steps. Keep it simple initially and build on your experience as you get more familiar with the ResPax software.

STEP 1 - Setup your agents and external tour operators in organisation maintenance. Find out more about setting up new organisations.

STEP 2 - Setup your tours in the tour maintenance section of ResPax. Tour maintenance allows for both straight forward day tours or accommodation setups as well as complex package configuration. How well you setup the tours initally dictates how efficient and accurate the tour will book in reservations. Find out more about setting up Tours, Bus Routes and Accommodation.

We can help you with the setup of your tours with our fixed price Kickstart packages. These packages will not only get you going quickly but also serve as good training examples for you to continue setting up your own tours. As part of the Kickstarts, we will also migrate bulk sets of data such as agent/operator details and pickup locations.

STEP 3 - Train yourself and your staff. You have a number of choices when it comes to training! The FREE Online Tutorials are great learning tools designed both for operators wanting a better understanding quickly of how ResPax works as well as a direct training tool for your staff.

Agent details should include a unique alphanumeric agent code, agent name, postal and street address, phone, fax, email and a single commission rate. Commission rates should be integers with no % suffix.
