Open availability...
Click on the Availability Icon to open the availability
screen. The expanded form of the booking will
appear. Each tour in the availability is broken
up into categories. You can view the availability
for all tours by clicking on the "All Tours"
tab. The start date of the availability is today
(by default) but can be changed to any date required.
After the change, the Refresh button will return
the new set of availabilities.
Reading the grid...
Each column represents a date and each row represents
a tour & departure time. Availabilities are
show as Booked/Allotment/Availability/Max No.
Clicking on the availability cell will open a
search result Listview for all bookings for that
tour, departure time & date.
Options: Availabilities for both bus routes
and tours can be set in the tour maintenance.
A number of options are available from default
max no's to complex date and departure time based
resourcing.
