Open Organisation Maintenance...
Click on Edit/Add Organisations in the side menu
to open the User List view.
Working with the Org Listview...
The Organisation listview works very much like
the tour view. You can filter your search by Org
Code or Org Name. New Organisations can be create
by clicking on Add New button on top of the listview.
Click on a organisation to Edit and view the
organisation...
Organisation Maintenance...
All organisations are setup and configured from
the Organisation Maintenance screen. Each organisation
can have multiple roles including Agent and Operator
roles. If an organisation is defined to be an
agent, then the credit status can be defined.
You can also setup specific messages about the
organisation which will appear in the booking
screen when you make a booking.
The default commission is the lowest level of
commission. It is overridden by any commission
configured for a specific tour. You can access
the detailed commission structure from the commission
button.
Specific diary notes and actions can be added
for each organisation
