ResPax Lite Reservations Software Investment Required
ResPax Lite at the basic level allows you to take bookings through your website or via agents, and manage your booking agents. Use of the software is
free, with a 0.95% (less than 1%!) commission on bookings.
The extended version of ResPax Lite additionally enables you to add bookings from the backend (eg. telephone bookings) and provides reports to assist you in managing your business. An inexpensive reservation system:

Introduction
ResPax Lite is primarily an in-house application that can be installed on as many machines as you like. No need for expensive and complicated server hardware, it is all hosted by ResPax.
The entry level of ResPax Lite is completely free to use and include on your website. This includes full product management, availability grid, booking voucher and web voucher. ResPax Lite can optionally be extended to cater for logins for the tour operators agent as well as your agent bookings being handled for you via the network (xmlrpc).
ResPax Lite enables the tour operator to set-up the tours that they want to book online. The ResPax Lite system is typically managed parallel with existing in-house reservations system. Set-up functions include definition of prices, availability, tour codes, pick-ups, comments and other basic details about the tour.
ResPax Lite comes bundled with a free-to-use web voucher that can be quickly integrated into the TourOperators website. The voucher is directly connected to the underlying ResPax Lite availability pool and collects credit card details of direct consumers and return immediate confirmation number and a print-friendly voucher. The voucher is hosted on ResPax servers and includes the use of secure SSL certificates for the voucher.
Once a booking have been committed on the website, its immediately adjusts availability and notifies the operator that a new booking have been confirmed on their website. The booking can be access from the bookings tab.
Booking Screen
Review all your bookings in one place and search via guest name or confirmation. Status of each booking is dispalyed in the field so you can easily view each booking in detail from the one screen.
Availability Grid
In one easy view check your remaining availability for each tour on give day. The flexible view allows you to view by tour, date , number of days and each tour seperately.
Your Tour Setup
The flexible product setup allows you to setup tours under a variety of different operators and allow full flexibility of the tour within each one. Each tour has flexiblele departure times, availability, pricing as well as multiple pickup points. Tours can have mutiple packages, or different grades of tour, such as gold star service.
Each tour also has direct links to easily place on your website so you can easily place the bookings link to each on seperate pages sites or relevant positions in text on your site.
Tour comments allow you to give your guests specific instructions that will be printed on their voucher
Your Company Setup
The tour company setup screen enables you to configure all the relevant details of you company upload logos for use on the vouchers and sales tools. It also allows a single place to update your tours terms & conditions making management simple.
Reports 
The easy to use reporting system gives you a wide range of reporting that are easy to use, they can be emailed printed or viewed from the consoles with hust the click of a button. The reports cover banking, invoices, manifests and of course your sales figures. You are also able to filter by date and by agent.
Agent Management
Our agent management screen enables you to view all agents at a glance and to manage each specific element of the agent in realtion to your tours. Set commissions as an overall commission level or set them with specific commissions per tour for promotions incentives. The tool also allows for individual terms and conditions for each agent.
