Training is supplied as part of the initial setup process. We normally evaluate the new tour operator's needs individually through email communications or over the telephone to ensure the training delivered is directly relevant to the tour operator's business. This training is carried out by senior, experienced implementation consultants that are able to advise the tour operator on how the system can be set up in the best manner to achieve the tour operator's business goals. We do recommend large or complex tour operations invest in a business analysis.

A recommended training package of 36 hours is initially available at a discounted rate to assist you in making sure you are provided with enough instruction to set up your product to take full advantage of ResPax Enterprise features and meet your business requirements.
Thereafter staff training is charged on an hourly basis, plus reimbursement of any expenses incurred. Contact
