Free support assistance is available by way of our online documentation.  You may also wish to view our case studies to see how other tour operators are using ResPax software.

Support Desk


The ResPax support desk is manned from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it your queries to the support desk.

Support Fees


Support services for ResPax Enterprise are billed at $110 per hour and must be pre-purchased in blocks of 10 hours for $1,100.  An initial 10 hour support block is provided free when you initially sign up for ResPax Enterprise.  Support blocks can be used for support, training or customisation requests.
