which is a web based tour reservation system/administration
tool for setting up and managing tours and accommodation.
FEATURES
Easy to use step by
step booking wizard

Customise
colours and images Colours, images and general appearance of the
NetWizard is controlled from the ResPax Online Operator's
(ROO) webbrowser based administration interface.
The NetWizard can be wrapped in images or setup
to use plain colours for improved download performance.
All buttons are images and can be replaced by your
own button images. NetWizard comes with 4 preconfigured
themes. You can add as many themes of your own as
you like or customise the existing ones to suite
your needs.
Credit
card authentication
ResPax supports both basic card authentication and
advanced realtime credit card authentication. Basic
card authentication checks the card number and card
type to make sure that it is not a bogus card. Advanced
realtime credit card authentication checks the credit
card funds through payment gateways. The credit
card details are authenicated using MoneyTrain's
real time payments solutions and results are
returned within seconds. The money is automatically
transferred into your account within a couple of
days.
Payment collection has never been easier.

Book
day tour, accommodation and packages NetWizard can be configured to support day tours,
inbound packages and accommodation bookings. Each
agent can be given an individual login and can optionally
edit their own bookings. Rules apply for cancellations
and tours already travelled cannot be modified.
Each agent's credit with your company is reflected
when they are making a booking using the wizard.
An agent can either be on account or be required
to use their credit card when making a booking.
Availability, overbooking
and making it work with your existing res system Availability
is allocated to the setup as well as an expiry on
each tour. The expiry will prevent the public/agents
from booking too close to the travel date. Setting
up a small availability will let you book your tours
detached from your existing reservation system without
the risk of overbooking. The availability is normally
set up in combination with setting up allotments
in your existing reservations system. The allotments
should be released at the same time as the tour
expires for booking on the website. Proper management
of the allotments and availability will let the
website book tours very close to each tours' departure
time.
Notifications
The
person booking the tour or accommodation can be
notified by email of travel details. The operator
of the tour can be notified to say there is a new
booking in the ResPax database. Reports can be printed
on a daily basis to find out what bookings have
been taken for the day.
Picture

screen at the end of the booking. Credit cards
can be authenticated realtime, from page to
page.

Realtime availability Availability is checked as the user enters
the pax details screen. If the tour is overbooked,
a clear message will appear and the booking will
not be commited. The user can take steps backwards
to change the date and try again. Availability
can be displayed on the top of the pax screen.
Advanced bus
routing
Each tour in a booking can have a pickup location
associated with it. Pickup times are derived from
the bus route setup and clearly displayed in the
confirmation screen. Only pickup on busroutes
associated with a particular tour are shown in
the pickup list. Availability checking can be
applied to each bus route in bus route maintenance
in the ROO interface.

Searching and finding
bookings Search facility is available to a logged in
agent. All bookings made by the agent can be found
and modified. Bookings not yet travelled can be
cancelled from here.
Cancelling bookings Any active booking can be cancelled from within
the booking screen. When cancelling a booking, all
payments must be balanced to zero. The person cancelling
the booking must specify agent reference and reason
for cancellation. Archived bookings cannot be cancelled.
Agent commission structures The built in agent commission structure permits
an advanced configuration of commissions for each
agent. Each commission can be configured in currency
or percentage of the tour. Commissions for an
agent can be configured as:
One commission for all tours
Commission relating to a specific tour
Commission for a tour for a specific date
range
Commission for a tour for a date range for
a specific basis/subbasis
Commissions are automatically calculated from
the commission matrix when a booking is made.
Calculated commissions can be manually overridden
if the user has permissions.
Agent multiuser environment
Each
agent can manage their own users and give them individual
logins. It is recommended practice to setup individual
user ids and passwords rather than use generic ones.
When a user leaves the agent organisation, the login
can easily and quickly be disabled. Using individual
userid also makes the audit trail more accurate.
